A service for customers who have purchased a ring from us, and would like it made bigger or smaller by up to 2 sizes.
For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you send your ring to us by special delivery or similar ‘signed for’ service.
We will provide the full address when we have accepted your order. Please do not send your ring before receiving our confirmation of acceptance of your return.
We will only re-size a ring that is made by Morgan & French – we do not accept any other rings.

Sterling Silver.
Silver and other metals are prone to tarnish, this oxidising process is a natural occurrence but some substances in our daily lives will speed the process up. Soap, hairspray, perfume, food, latex, perspiration and even the natural oils on our hands can tarnish metals more quickly.
We recommend that you use a good quality jeweller's cloth regularly as part of your jewellery cleaning routine. You should always remove jewellery before showering or swimming as metals can react with shampoo, chemicals and chlorine.
As with all jewellery, links and clasps can be opened or broken if not treated with care. Please check your jewellery carefully when you receive it and contact us within 7 days if it is delivered faulty or damaged. Your jewellery is fully guaranteed for 6 months against faulty workmanship or materials - although this does not cover accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
