Sterling Silver.

Silver and Copper metals are prone to tarnish, this oxidising process is a natural occurrence but some substances in our daily lives will speed the process up. Soap, hairspray, perfume, food, latex, perspiration and even the natural oils on our hands can tarnish metals more quickly.

We recommend that you use a good quality jeweller's cloth regularly to keep the metal looking its best.

Avoid getting leather pouches/keyring holders damp. As with all jewellery and accessories chains: links and clasps can be opened or broken if not treated with care.

Please check your item carefully when you receive it and contact us within 7 days if it is delivered faulty or damaged. Your jewellery is fully guaranteed for 6 months against faulty workmanship or materials - although this does not cover accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
