Our individual Little Picasso Charms are an utterly beautiful and meaningful way to capture your little one's masterpieces forever in time.

Picasso himself once said, "Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up... it took me a whole lifetime to learn how to draw like a child again". From this, we draw our inspiration. Those tiny scribblings grow and develop over time but they never lose their heartwarming charm. The three-legged dog, the skew-whiff drawing of Daddy or even the jumbled sketch of all their favourite things - imagine capturing this innocent youth forever.

Your child's art piece will be miniaturised and reproduced as a truly original piece of jewellery. The image is cast deep into sterling silver which is then shaped to compliment the design. One-of-a-kind, entirely unique and limited to one, the charm comes with a bail ring allowing you to slide it on to the chain of your choice.

After placing your order simply upload, email or post a scan or photocopy of your child's A4 or smaller single element line drawing to us. Simple pencil or felt pen doodles on white paper work best.

Please note: Painted, coloured-in or scenes with more than one element (such as a family scene) are not suitable for recreating into a single charm. Please pick just one element from the scene.

Each charm will be approx 2cm wide, a perfect size for a bracelet or necklace.

Sterling silver 925

Silver and other metals are prone to tarnish, this oxidising process is a natural occurrence but some substances in our daily lives will speed the process up. Soap, hairspray, perfume, food, latex, perspiration and even the natural oils on our hands can tarnish metals more quickly.

We recommend that you use a good quality jeweller's cloth regularly as part of your jewellery cleaning routine. You should always remove jewellery before showering or swimming as metals can react with shampoo, chemicals and chlorine.

As with all jewellery, links and clasps can be opened or broken if not treated with care. Please check your jewellery carefully when you receive it and contact us within 7 days if it is delivered faulty or damaged. Your jewellery is fully guaranteed for 6 months against faulty workmanship or materials - although this does not cover accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

To make your Little Picasso jewellery we will need a simple line drawing of a single object or person. If you have a fabulous piece of artwork but it's a busy scene you will need to choose just one element from it to create into your jewellery.

As the original creators of Little Picasso jewellery, we are the experts in the field.

We know that thick painted lines, very scribbly crayon, "coloured-in" pictures, very detailed drawings do not recreate very well in silver. Please select a simple line drawing for the very best end result.

Once you have selected your artwork or handwriting, scan it on the highest possible resolution (needs to be in MB not KB) and upload it directly to your customer account on the Morgan & French website. Or you can post it to us.

If you want to recreate handwriting on silver, it just needs to be clear and crisp.
