Celebrate the birth of a new baby or bring together the names of every child in the family - this sentimental necklace is one that they're sure to cherish for many years to come.

The personalisation in the first of the boxes will be inscribed on the front of the pendant and the personalisation you choose for the 3rd face will be at the back. Faces 2 and 4 will be at the sides. You can choose to leave any of the sides blank if you wish, just write 'leave blank' in the box. Each side accommodates up to 15 characters.

Our personalised solid bar pendant is a sentimental way to ensure they understand just how much of an impact they have on our everyday lives. It has been lovingly crafted in our Biggleswade, Bedfordshire workshop by a member of silversmith team.

Silver and other metals are prone to tarnish, this oxidising process is a natural occurrence but some substances in our daily lives will speed the process up. Soap, hairspray, perfume, food, latex, perspiration and even the natural oils on our hands can tarnish metals more quickly.

We recommend that you use a good quality jeweller's cloth regularly as part of your jewellery cleaning routine. You should always remove jewellery before showering or swimming as metals can react with shampoo, chemicals and chlorine.

As with all jewellery, links and clasps can be opened or broken if not treated with care. Please check your jewellery carefully when you receive it and contact us within 7 days if it is delivered faulty or damaged. Your jewellery is fully guaranteed for 6 months against faulty workmanship or materials - although this does not cover accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We can handstamp lower and uppercase letters (a-Z), numbers (0-9) and these special characters ° & ? / ( ) ! " . , : ; ? * (★). Spaces and these characters count as one letter.

We also have 16 design stamps (see our images), including infinity, yin yang and footprints. All you need to do is enter our two letter ‘code’ when personalising your jewellery. Design stamps count as two letters.

Your personalisation will be hand stamped, letter by letter, using individual hand held steel stamps and a very heavy hammer. Hand stamping takes time to complete and the end result is very different to machine aligned & engraved lettering (hurrah!) and that's why we do it; we want to achieve a look that is unique, quirky & clearly created by a human hand.

So, if you if you like perfect imperfection, hand stamped is for you!

However, if you like all your letters in a perfect line we do offer machine engraved items, but not this one; this one is just too special.

We even make the Story Beads by hand, one by one, to get the look just right. No machines (or robots) in sight! That's just how we like it.
