This quirky little accessory has enough dainty charm to find its way into any jewellery collection. We pride ourself in unique design here at Morgan & French. That's why we've taken the classic heart and put our own branded spin on it. Using solid sterling silver, our passionate silversmiths have gently hammered the edges into a smooth curve within our Biggleswade, Bedfordshire workshop. With each gentle 'tap', the heart develops its own unique markings and story that blends perfectly with your own love story.

For additional personalisation, our pendant can be handstamped with your name or message before being given a matt brushed finish. Choose the names of your loved one or special words that pluck at your heartstrings - the end result will always be simple, elegant and utterly sentimental.

Sterling Silver.

Silver and other metals are prone to tarnish, this oxidising process is a natural occurrence but some substances in our daily lives will speed the process up. Soap, hairspray, perfume, food, latex, perspiration and even the natural oils on our hands can tarnish metals more quickly.

We recommend that you use a good quality jeweller's cloth regularly as part of your jewellery cleaning routine. You should always remove jewellery before showering or swimming as metals can react with shampoo, chemicals and chlorine.

As with all jewellery, links and clasps can be opened or broken if not treated with care. Please check your jewellery carefully when you receive it and contact us within 7 days if it is delivered faulty or damaged. Your jewellery is fully guaranteed for 6 months against faulty workmanship or materials - although this does not cover accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We can handstamp lower and uppercase letters (a-Z), numbers (0-9) and these special characters ° & ? / ( ) ! " . , : ; ? * (★). Spaces and these characters count as one letter.

We also have 16 design stamps (see our images), including infinity, yin yang and footprints. All you need to do is enter our two letter ‘code’ when personalising your jewellery. Design stamps count as two letters.

Your personalisation will be hand stamped, letter by letter, using individual hand held steel stamps and a very heavy hammer. Hand stamping takes time to complete and the end result is very different to machine aligned & engraved lettering (hurrah!) and that's why we do it; we want to achieve a look that is unique, quirky & clearly created by a human hand.

So, if you if you like perfect imperfection, hand stamped is for you!

However, if you like all your letters in a perfect line we do offer machine engraved items, but not this one; this one is just too special.

We even make the Story Beads by hand, one by one, to get the look just right. No machines (or robots) in sight! That's just how we like it.
